I guess everyone wants to know what the AGM voting tallies are. Now, the company has put themselves in a spot where they cannot back out of. 1.  When they announced the AGM   in the official bulletin, they mentioned, that they did not want any shareholders coming to the meeting because of Covid-19 protocols 2.  And when shareholders asked for a "virtual meeting" by ...more

Thank you Richard Please publish the letter on this bullboard and I will certainly forward it. I would recommend you add the TSX and BCSC as recipients. I encourage all parties to take this forthcoming blog and email it with your names and contact info. Gazoo

Have contacted OSC and BCSC and CSA on this. All three commiserated with me but it is outside their powers.....unbelievable . I would have to contact the BC Corporations Act to report my problem  but might need the services of a lawyer for any chances of success . I will submit resolutions for the 2022 AGM formally requesting the majority rule be adopted as part of our constitution along ...more

Hi Richard , sounds like you`ve made a remarkable recovery . Well done !  I have dealt with the Vancouver Exchange and the BCSC a few times in the past . I know you want action but you will get nowhere . They are world famous for ignoring shareholders . If you get any reply it will be something like , " we cannot comment on your ongoing complaint  investigation " . Not worth ...more

Durango Resources ? Why would any astute investor invest in Durango. Market cap has barely moved beyond $5 million, with only small change in the treasury . Old fashioned Murray Pezim P n D.. Hardly a fair comparison to Monument where the problem is not cash or fundamentals but execution efficacy and ability to sell the company to new investors ..

What I wrote had nothing to do with fundamentals or pump and dump. I was explaining that the exchange ignores investors and there was no comparison to MMY you absolutely, completely stunned ,know it all , verbose ,annoying ,big mouthed pr_ck .  Go back down to your basement .

Wayne, I understand the basis for your venomous attacks not only on me but other posters on other stocks. Your investment profile shows that you have lost a ton of money on valueless plays like Durango and more recently Braveheart where you will lose a ton more. For heavens sakes, Braveheart has over $6 m in debt, burning thru $1 m per quarter, has a negative working capital of $2.5 m, has $2.8 ...more

nozzpack , I can tell you how flattered I am that you took the time out of your 23 hrs a day posting the same information about MMY over and over again to study my investment history . I know you are the cream of the investment crop but I don`t know why you aren`t working on Bay St. instead of constantly posting on a 3rd rate social media site.      I have no idea how you could know ...more

Wow. My average here is about 7.5 cents and I have held for nearly 3 years. Most posters know that. I gave you good advice. Beyond that, you no longer exist in my posting venues . Good luck with Braveheart for which you recently  stated you are all in. You will need much more than luck..

Good advice ?!!  Endless postings of olf geology reports ?  Here`s what I`ve learned from you .  Never wrestle with a pig . The pig loves it and I get covered in sh_t .

Don't like being called a drunken sot ? We could add a few more adjectives to that. Try and make it into the Vancouver office at least once a year in full sobriety ...Lol

Recovery  .... no  .... just a lot of pain, and boring sitting around .... being sleeping in a chair now for over a week .... still able to do a one finger poke.... with the odd SHIFT .... at my age.... I don't need the pain ....Richard
