Hi Wayne A little shocked that you would support present management. I know, others including myself and the Europeans want Graham, Cathy to be replaced. We want a share buy back program in lieu of spending money on purchasing other assetts. We would like a TSX listing and that would be followed with a merger with WestGold. That would represent my best interest and yes we are getting ready

Having been through a number of AGM campaigns  . They don`t work .  You guys couldn`t even get the company to tell you how the votes were distributed except they said the "vast majority of votes " were in their favour . So lets not have another countdown please .     I see absolutely no point in buying back shares . Even if they did none of us would live long enough

And I`m sure you can look this up . One of Warren Buffett many never do rules is to , " never get involved with a company that is buying back shares " .  I think something to do with insiders goosing the share price to unload their own shares or get their options into the money .   Even if their company has to borrow money to pull this off . And it happens .

Wayne, I have to disagree with you and Warren. When a company is trading so far below intrinsic book value, the best investment may be a buyback. Pretty sure Warren would agree with me there. He must be referring to the many big companies doing buybacks to meet EPS bonuses. I'm never in      support of companies buying above book value. These guys are either crooked or nitwits

We are near the end of a company changing event ( hopefully } and our only real news in the last three months was that Prince Harry stopped by , or some other nobody.    We don`t even know if the

It's important for us to do our best to get a new CEO and Chairman. A TSX listing is also required and by next spring start discussions of a merger with WestGold. This will be beneficial to both corporations and the shareholders.They are interested.
