The Laguna Project covers an area of approximately 12,425 hectares. The Company also has an option to acquire approximately 100% interest in the Jemi rare earth element (REE) Project located in Coahuila, Mexico near the Texas, United States of America border. The Jemi Project hosts numerous rare earth element (REE) occurrences in the form of dikes and dikelets. The Company also holds a 2% net smelter return royalty on Summit Nanotech Corporation’s share of any future lithium production from the Salar de Turi Project.
