This is a good deal, any poster who is persistently bashing today's news is probably trying to shake a few shares loose. We are pegged to MOZ at 0.4 to 1 and I expect the MOZ sp to start moving up ...more

I agree with CG's assessment of this deal. It removes the uncertainty of VL's future and in the short term should increase the SP of both companies. The value of MOA is not .30, but 0.4 shares ...more

MOZ's nice tight float is going way up

and now they need to finance 100% of drilling. More dilution. Next thing you know 70-80 million shares out. What a state of affairs.
