RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Drill Results

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Drill Results

Hey JR...I have my "guesses" of what the new 43-101 will deliver this time. I have written them down on a note pad for both the measured category and inferred. I did this so as to be accountable to myself. At this point, I am not going to post these guesses, but will say that due to the 25,000m program in 2011, the conclusion is that the measured category will show a significant increase due to the drill program successes(almost every hole in 2011 of the 150 drilled at LPond struck well mineralized resource). This is especially true up in the NE where new tonnage identified was outside the last 43-101 area of LPond which will increase the totals in a measurable way....enough said.

I also have done some pretty indepth study of the available public data by relating the drilling results to the drill maps that were provided with each news release....what I have concluded(and what  was mentioned in a number of the releases) is that LP is still open in 3 directions...SW, NE and at depth. The direction most interesting to me is depth. If you look at 2 areas, the "Heart of Gold in the SW, and the new rich area in the NE. the conclusion I have come to is that LPond has to date only scratches the surface(so to speak!!) of what will ultimately be discovered. In the past , the geology at VLake as whole has been compared to the Abitibiti region in Quebec(lots and lots of multimillion OZ deposits have been found and put into production by the majors). There the resource can plunge from the surface down to a kilometre or more. This is what i am thinking is in store for LPond(and likely other areas throughout Vlake). I was particularly struck by what is going on up and around section 10,512.5(As I mentioned on a BB's here the other day). If you look particularly at the bottom on hole 287, you can see the beginings of this potential.

The focus of the 2011 drilling however was to just identify "open pit" resource so really no effort was put last year into looking down deep. Maybe the 2012 program will do some looking around, i really do not know, but if the gold is there to find, it is not going to be going anywhere. This is the blue sky potential i see coning in the future. If this theory holds up and this year LPond returns an economic open pit resource, this story will at some point gain traction. This is my expectation - VLake, which according to the current market pricing and activity has been completely off the radar screen, but will sometime in 2012 begin to be talked about in the money houses for a new hot Gold discovery with Multimillion OZ potential....C.Gert
