It's very easy to vote on-line. Takes less than a minute - instructions on the proxy form. It's a very good deal for MOA holders.
I'm not sure why there is such a push on to vote but maybe that "Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc." entity has a trick up their sleeve. There was talk on this board that they were a bit of a shady operation.
