When can we expect the offer

Now that MOZ has driven MOA down to the low 30 cent range by holding back the results when can we expect an offer to buy MOA's half of VL?

That may not be such a joke. The most likely reason for the delay is poor results and massive incompetance, however another reason for a news blackout is that a sale is being negotiated. The falling stock price strongly indicates the drilling results are poor, however MOA and MOZ  have a history of NOT leaking news before a takeover. There was absolutely no unusual rise in stock price before ...more

I was serious not joking, Given the drill results of the last three years does anyone actually think there is not enough Gold to start an open pit mine? Never mind the suddenly wortless 43-101 that was the on both companies web sites prior to Dec 09.

WW, I think you said you are looking for about 650K OZ total for all categories - M&I plus inferred. Is this correct? I  still expect the two 43-101's next week....but never say never....there could be a buy out of Valentine Lake....not by MOZ  IMHO....but of both MOZ and MOA's interest in Valentine Lake. I understand Stillwater already has an interest in MOZ. They have the money.... and they know what is happening at Valentine Lake.   That would leave MOZ with Golden Chest and other ...more

It is not the resource estimate I am worried about. I don't think the NI 43-101 will suprise any investors who are educated in this business. It is the drilling outside of LP that concerns me. Neither MOA nor MOZ will move up significantly until they prove that VL is more than a one hit wonder. J. Frank looks very promising, but remains to be proven with drilling. After three months there has ...more

Until the report comes out the stock gets surpressed in price. MOZ is the operator and controls the news and everything else related to VL. There has been a number of comments on the board about stock manipulation. It could very well be happening. It doesn't take an experienced and competent geologist months to create a report on the size of property we are dealing with at VL, especially if ...more
