I am sure MOA is waiting on MOZ to release the 43-101 on VL before they release Glover. I do not know what the law is about withholding information from investors and MOZ probably has a few lawyers to come up with excuses to justify the delay.

My question is when MOA entered into the JV agreement with MOZ did they allow MOZ to have complete control over VL without any recourse to be able to deal with this type of situation.

If MOA is toothless in this deal we investors have not been properly protected and the BOD & legal representaion should be held accountable.

Just be patient. I believe in Marathon management and they will get us there.
