RE:RE:RE:Endgamethe note is convertible at 50 cents.i don t think pollitt would have offer more .remember river gold mines...when pollitt merged river and western quebec mines to form wesdome what happened ....they gave more wesdome shares to western shareholders as they held a lot of stocks in western and was  controlling river   .a very bad deal for river shareholders as wdo is alive today thank to river mine., kiena is closed . looks like mok will be the next . suppose a cheap offer at 10.00 an once after the merger. 30 millions for 3 millions onces resources . 30millions  less say 2.5 millions to pay the note +interest =27.5 millions.approx 47.5  millions mok are issued=.5789 a share.they offer 1 wdo for 3.85 moss. you have 385 mok at .5789 you receive  222.87. you have 100 wdo as they offer you receive 57.89. am i correct  in my calculation? .i don t like this deal .
