Apicore sold for $105 million USD to Mylan labs in the US. After the debt is paid, that leaves nearly $60 million USD. The current valuation of Medicure is $75million USD...so essentially the co. is valued at $15million. I applaud Albert for getting the co. out of bankruptcy, but with declining revenues & questionable growth ahead, I'm a bit worried about future prospects for the co. In addition, published employee reviews concerning MPH are not favorable. I hope this co. can be turned around.
