What Now Re: The Proposed Offering?

What Now Re: The Proposed Offering?Given where the stock has dipped to its obvious that the offering won't go off at $.90. If the price sinks much lower this offering might even have to be priced lower than the last one ($.50). Just wondering, does anyone know whether this latest offering was really something that was needed now, or were they just doing it to add cash to the treasury while the stock price was high? Remember, they had just raised $3 M in June.
