Not completely correct. They have spent invested capital but they do not have debt as you mention. They still have their 49% of the rights to the $70M+ proven production ready asset and this is good ...more

The value is the 102mmbbl asset: Approximately $50M value for Mira's interest. Subtract out debt and legal fees + other and they would net in the ballpark $30M ( 20 cents a share). The deal would ...more
