If they then are able to start up a new marginal field they in theory can overinvest in the new field, avoid tax on UMU because of Capex spend and kickstart the new marginal field in a hurry to fully

Mart's share of profit per gross bbl: $15+......after tax holiday Miras share of Profit per gross bbl once producing $70+...... Like I said many times Its only makes Business Sense

My guess is Mira will try one more time to sell and they have to do it soon to give the a buyer time to put the field in to production. Could take months to close a deal and find a buyer. Over half
