If Mira was waiting for a signature or two they could halt for a few weeks until everything is complete. I wish i knew a bit more of what is going on at Mira. I still could buy a few 100k more ;)

The longer it goes without closing the PP the  Better for Mira...that tells me Negotiations are ongoing and JM and all his Meetings are to get the best Possible deal for Shareholders ...more
