RE: MRP Buy Out ! Investorpro, the number of people here who see the merit of the fields potential and insider stategic positioning is very limited. Everybody else is concerned about the delay and its a good bash point. There is no need trying to convince people here. In most minds the managemement is delaying the reserves on their own. And anonymous has sold 250,000K shares!. Lol, so they are dumping at prices below the warranties they issued to employees? so they are just not filling insider sells? so they have reserves numbers and are still trading? These guys have put in millions of their own money in this and have got Zero dollars out this year alone. Which of the three companies Schlumbeger, RPS or First Energy is interested in splitting the 40M that Mira is worth? Last insider purchase price was between .25-.28 about $542K and no sales at the .38 spike so pump and dump math does not make sense here. Have a look at the board and see they seat in prime position in over 10 other Venture companies. I guess the whole of venture is one fraudulent Scheme. The thing to note here is that takeover pricing will be based on the reserves, and if you claim increased reserves you better have the engineering and geology documented to prove it in order to sell. So you don't want a rush job if everything is based on that job. But I am just pumping, and and emotionaly attached, Aren't I now?
