GET OUT NOW

So we know they are PUMPING like crazy about 300% reserve increase (ya right) and takeover (no chance).

We also know that someone DUMPING like crazy.  Anonomys selling EVERY DAY so many shares for months. Seller is so confident and sold even day before reserve update switcheroo last month. He knows everything.

So, I ask my bud in cannada what the heck is the anon selling. He told me mgmt REFUSED to tell him where it came from. Oh my god. Such a big size that they absolutely have to know but they wont tell.

I see this many times, especially in Canada, where a company pump and dump the shares.  I am seeing it happen before my eye.

Even worse you have M Lachaka as your president!

GET OUT. you have be warned.

First Energy is a very well respected company in Canada. They wouldn't stamp their name on a pump and dump.
Comment by fracpack on May 30, 2012 10:37pm
Don't worry First will not stamp there name on this co. Anyone can purchase their service. You have to look at the compelling facts in front of us. Bet you they release confusing partial result with another empty promise of huge potential remaining and try to keep the pump alive. This is terrible governance and you should not touch this will end with tears. Get the heck out

Fracpack, why won't you grow up? Why keep dragging my name in your stupid bash. 'Your friend' in Canada seems to know much except anything of value. I have always wondered what people are doing posting several times in a stock they believe is loss or rip-off, ( you must be the Mother Teresa of Venture, sent from abroad with a word of wisdom to help these poor Canadian investors see the ...more

Look guys I made my point. I will stop of posting. No need to argue as we will see the truth in a couple of days after many failed promise. They told us 300% increase in total reserve and a buyout. When the promise comes true I will come here and apologize. I am just furious that they can get away with what I think they are doing.  You have to make decision for urself what's to believe ...more

You're point is well taken and I am becoming very suspicious as well.  However, I'm hoping, at worst, we will see only a partial report showing a marginal increase with "further details to follow".  I would not expect some precipitous fall after that sort of release but more likely a small bump in the sp and a return to current levels.  If that sort of report does ...more

I have a love hate with the lil turd Frac, so I checked up on him by going through the history of trading for the past 2 months. I verified that there is an overwhelming amount of selling by Anonymous and its freaking me out.  I am not one to panic but this reeks.  We have all heard the BS pumping from the company, telling us the fake takeover secret and ever anticipated resource report, ...more

and by reserve report the company has told us to expect TODAY: 300% increase in reserves over ALL zones. Substantial increase in % of 1C assets vs 2C. If they do not deliver this TODAY I consider this an utter scam.
Comment by kmilne on May 31, 2012 1:20pm
You're forgetting the report timing is not under their control?  Did you read the m&a that came out yesterday. It clearly states that First Energy and the board will decide on the company direction ( sale or produce ) after they receive the report. If the report does jack up the price, expect a pp.  Its possible that the report will be good but still disappoint the market, at ...more

No, I stand by my statement.  They promised the report in JAN it is now JUNE.  It should have taken a couple of weeks, even less if they FAIL to deliver all zones.  Enough of making excuses for these guys while they enrich themselves at our expense. IF THEY DO NOT DELIVER A 300% INCREASE OVER ALL ZONES TODAY I CONSIDER THIS A COMPLETE FLEECING. And I am being generous because this ...more

End of April and end May MRP MDA sedar report indicate that MRP has received numerous unsolicited offers for the Tom Shank Field. I firmly believe that MRP is set up to be sold and insider buying and loan to equity conversion my insiders again, is highly indicative of a take out and should be from companies in the promixity to the Tom Shank Field.  I bought into MRP following insider buying ...more

why does it matter to you, get lost then!
Comment by kmilne on May 31, 2012 2:40pm
It'll be my unlucky day if you're right monster, but what the market is telling me, is all oils are under extreme pressure right now.
Comment by Mlachake on May 31, 2012 3:44pm
Investorpro, the number of people here who see the merit of the fields potential and insider stategic positioning is very limited. Everybody else is concerned about the delay and its a good bash point. There is no need trying to convince people here. In most minds the managemement is delaying the reserves on their own. And anonymous has sold 250,000K shares!. Lol, so they are dumping at prices ...more

The MRP price has shown imo great resiliance in the past 3 months, with reference to the majority of junior exploration oil and resource stocks. I am also unhappy about the wait for the updated NI51, but i do not believe there is anything underhand going on here. The NRs were very clear at the time of re-entry. The logs showed the potential that the significant increase in gross oil ...more

What a complete and utter joke this entire company is and especially managment, one broken promise after another to keep the pump going so they can line their pockets. Absolutely disgusting. Look out below.

Miningminster,  Seems you figured out the operation they are conducting too.  cant u believe the amout of ignorance on the board.  They bought an uneconomical piece of water for pennies that was rejected by a major and then boast of how everyone want to buy the company when they did absolutely nothing to further developmen.  they even encounter exact same problem as shell and ...more

If your too impatient and don't believe in this deal then move on- some people are tried of hearing all these negative comments. The resource report is not delayed its a large complex document that RPS is taking their time and there isn't anything management can do to rush them (It will be finished when its finish). Management pulled off a very successful re-entry have thrown ...more

As much as I hate to admit it, since I originally bought in to the story that management told me personally, I agree wholeheartedly with the sobering asessments.  What a shame.  I wonder if the regulators will go after these guys.
Comment by jdchen on Jun 01, 2012 1:23pm
It's one thing that they mis-managed the expectations and timing etc. its another thing if they committed fraud, two very different concepts. Regulators would not go after them for some simple mismangement, so are you accusing them of fraud? cause thats a whole new can of worms.
Comment by WeKnowEnergy on Jun 01, 2012 6:35pm
Hi JD, I think its alot more than simple mismanagement at this point, but I dont know if there is fraud or not.  I am not one to judge.  But there are a lot of red flags I have noticed and it looks like others are picking up on the trail as well.  From a regulators perspective it would seem to me that with all the red flags (which we need not harp on) would put MRP at the top of ...more

Good post, stockpicker.  I have been told that RPS is taking its time on a long, detailed report and MIRA mangement has often encouraged them to finish it.
