RE: RE: 50 million warrants expiring: go f

I happen to agree with IP, though I appreciate the thoughts. Warrants by their nature are incentives to direct investment. They of course are a source of funds for a firm, but they are excercised when they are discounted to market. It certainly saves a future financing though I don't know if the trade off is necessarily positive for the company and shareholders alike. They are after all a sweetener to seed funding. If a company is not seeking additional financing because of for instance a sale, why extend them? In fact it is a pretty good signal to the market in my view. Plus, this is getting a bit speculative but...if they expected a sale in the .4 or .5 level, it wouldn't have made much of a difference about extending them because the cash coming in would have offset the dilution more or less. That would lead me to believe a higher price is expected.

I'm a little lost on the "massive dump" comment. It is never possible to come up with an explanation for noise and liquiditity trading with incomplete information. Over the last 1 month of trading approximately 6.5 million shares have traded representing less than 5% of the OS. I'm not sure what qualifies as a massive dump but I would not think we've reached that stage. Much of that number is also in the form of large block trades which the nature or intent behind we know nothing about, or at least I don't. Also, I understood much of the selling ( a few weeks ago) was related to a single fund who were getting margin calls, and MRP was in the money for them, so an obvious choice (not a great strategy but that's a different story). Pretty reasonable outcome considering the whacking the market was taking. Not to mention people getting frustrated over "delays", or identifying other opportunities. No one can explain except those doing the selling.

Anyhow, time will tell. I'm no expert and just throwing in my 2 cents for it's worth because I enjoy the dialogue. Attack at will. Later
