Good conversation with MRP! Had an excellent conversation with MRP late pm today:
- MRP is working to put everything in place to present the best package and strong 'hand' in the data room to solicit a strong bid and lots of interest, these include:
- Recent RPS report, FEED plan very soon, debt financing plan for TSB field
- All of this necessary to solicit the best and strongest bid, which will bring out very high value per barrel etc
- Continued insider buying last week and this week
- Plans continue for the data room, expect a Corporate Update at the time of the data room opening (timeline iaw the last NR, 10 days so that would make it Sep 9th)
- MRP recognizes the frustration but are putting everything in order for a strong package and get an excellent bid/price
My recommendation is to 'hang in' there, cheers
