I do note that MRP in their cash flow has slide 13 of their corp presentation has noted:
- 48 month amortization loan starting in 2013 loan repayment of $8M climbing to $17M in 2014 onwards
I view MRP plans is towards financing their capital reqmts and less so with equity
Thanks again for your post, it will be very interesting to await the First Energy process, as you all have noted clearly MRP prefence as stated in the flyer is a sale. I believe the corp presentation is to outline the value added proposition to the buyer.
