For the record; I have not taken a position YET in Oando as frankly more details is required as to their Financials, more specifically their Cash position and Debt position..which are a tad nebulous right now - formal Q financial reporting should provide the data very soon....
Just thinking out loud.....food for thoughts and you might want to place OER.T on your watch list (you've noticed that it is on the T and not on the V right? - then again with Mama owning 94.6% of the shares and mama beeing a multi billions revenue generating Company (Oando PLC) - a certain standard has to be observed , right? LOL!!
Pay close attention to the Assets of OER......and their partnerships - these guys can poke onshore or offshore, in shallow or deep water.....pipeline, bah none issue they have access to some 200+ KM of it here and there and counting...hence one would think they know a thing or 2 about building a new one!
