I noticed there are an unusually high number of "tips" about Mira circulating around. I have never done well with companies that are promoted in this manner.
The promoters on this board starting rumors of .72 cent bids are getting old and they have no credibility anymore. It is at least utterly laughable if not disgraceful and depressing to watch these guys try and push the uninformed in to this stock based on nothing but hot air.
My personal opinion is to stay the heck away from this stock. Forget the distractions they are running on financial fumes and have no chance of profitability anytime in the near future. This leads to a further expansion of the ever expanding debt and equity dilution and a further haircut to the upside of the existing shareholder. Any potential bidder for the company knows this and therefore the chances of a take-under are higher than any premium whatsoever in my opinion. I dont think any transaction will materialize however.
Enough with the hot air and these slimy promoters and lets see if management can deliver before its too late.
