If the bids come in at above the warrants exercise price, then their owners will not let them go. So I think thats why there is a push to get the bidding going and the warrants owners can know what to do with them. Well that how I see it. The only good about that is that we will get this sale done with.

Any bid over .50 would be really nice... 1) Where the heck is NI 51-101? 2) Dataroom open yet? 3) What's the Plan B if the bidding fails? Does anyone have comments/answers?
