roxynot sure if you saw it but someone wrote earlier that to be able to see a list of tendors for this lead i found, wrote that prehaps one needed login info or to be a potential supplier to be able to access the list of potential suppliers, which makes sense if you think about it.
could someone chase this further and hunt their way thru any links as i feel it may lead us closer to understanding the size of the possible order from canada in the future.... or chase it thru ADS somehow??
im stuck to phone only for next 3 days, hunting, forest, thanks
