There are lots of countries worldwide and there was no reference in the Press Release to the middle East. Considering further afield, Wikipedia and/or GlobalFirepower.com say that Turkey armed forces have 640,000 personnel, Indonesia has 483,000 active personnel, South Korea has 627,500 active personnel, Pakistan has 919,000, etc. Agree there are a limited number, but the list is pretty extensive. And it is over a 5 year period.
