That would be considered "a material change". Legally that would of need to be disclosed to shareholders. Since that didn't happen...I would say no.

Honestly, who knows what's going on with these guys anymore. Management has been so great in the past but now I'm second guessing their thought process in not giving us even an update on 2018 plans/PO anything really. They need to say something soon..
