I Feel I Need To Make This Second Post

I Feel I Need To Make This Second PostFor the record i did say i think the company is trading low and has no business trading where it was and if anyone took that to heart i am truly sorry i will raise and be honest about this. Here is the thing while management did say that things are slowing down they also said that they are at various stages of the bidding process in numerous contracts but not once in a given press release did they say that due to the slowdown extensions in tendering bids that the company runs a financial risk and may not be able to sustain operations as they would typically do in the financials which may or may not have been mentioned. I did not look at the financial as i focused on the press and generally trigger points. Now while there is 0 obligations for any company to say anything in a press and even have any for that matter just as long as they file their quarterly that is all they are really legally obligated to do. Having said this companies know to build interest among retailers you need to keep them informed some give fluff releases others not as much..on the whole this company did a good balanced job but they should have as mentioned emphasized that there is real problems not not do so. I had assessed the company on past historical comtracts along with the extensions that they were getting like the most recent one but even so getting contracts but not booking revenue is problematic and whatever would come of these unless pressed would be by legalities be issued in the quarterly and we have no clue what is going on for 3 months at a time unless we are told..i felt the worth of this company prior to falling to first .05 and then less was at least a dime but again based on what little was coming and then what i guess we thought were going to be meaty on the extensions at least several millions something that could if nothing else justify a nickel. So for my part saying that this is trading where it has no business i will man up on that and the truth be told prior to the halt i was going to buy shares back i sold because i bought comics and needed to finance them but i did honestly and truly believe that the company was slowly getting crumbs that would build..what i honestly dont understand as mentioned in my last post why throw in the towel why not do a raise? Shiate there are companies with over 300 million shares it seems like the norm during this market meltdown. Lot of companies are 80 percent down and people are pissed it isnt one or two it is across the board. There has to be something more going on here. It doesnt make any sense whatsoever to do what they did something just seems off. They should have said despite beimg at various stages in bidding and due to market weakness and extended contract times we are raising capital to see the tough times through but to end like this??? Yeah like i said no way it will be good news going as lomg as it was. I thought Buck and company were more resiliant more fight in them this is an embarassment as far as i am concerned on their resolve they just bloody gave up???!!
