Late Friday I received news through my email the company is issuing stock options. This is great news as many ,many times I have noticed this is a very bullish move for companies. Typically the companies share price climbs aggressively within a week or so. Insiders want to load up prior to the spike

Can I ask how does one go about obtaining these options? Are they selling these options to share holders or are they just for management and or directors? I'm new to this game and any help would be appreciated.

This is for insiders. The issue of options is a hint that good things are about to be released. They are preparing for the future when the stock is like at 50 they have 20 cents options. Its the game every company plays

Perhaps this is why the sp has been kept down? To allow for the issuance of stock options at $0.20 and at a lower level for the good work that Buck Marshal and Alvin Church has done in the short term?
