We received a loan from Northwest Bank in December of 2021 with very favorable terms for us, resulting in a technically unsecured loan for the bank.

This court filing simply reflects common procedures for banks to create a paper trail that will help safeguard their ability to receive repayment when the Company is awarded outstanding contracts and/or secures additional recurring revenues.

I tend to agree with IR comments on this.  IMO if this was anything more, it would certainly be considered material news which would require a NR to shareholders.  Cheers
