MRS has no money, and a pile of debt, would you not think if we had a contract, it would have been released by now???...considering how management continues to fill their pockets at the expense of shareholders is a disgrace. I'm hoping for all here, that there is something to look forward to besides bankruptcy?

Could be a reorganization, and that usually means the common shares get wiped out. Could be anything, but the delay is concerning.
