...on a buying binge.


Still buying at .84 and .85 !

Why would the "smart money" be buying?


Just broke out of a previous high technical range.

Will ride my gains until sometime AFTER the insiders STOP buying.

The insiders abruptly stopped. And the gains evaporated. I reckon the drilling announced 4 and 2 weeks ago has given little to spur more buying.
