potential buyout price

potential buyout price

Chinese are getting richer. It was in the recent news that one new immigrant to Vancouver paid 700K for a house with asking price of $400K, how generous! It is easy to explain, China is awashed with money with the number of millionaires approaching 1 million. https://www.chinadaily.com.cn/cndy/2011-06/24/content_12764564.htm

We hope a Chinese mining company will offer generously to buyout our properties. Our close neighbour, Imperial Metals' Red Chris property which has a resources value of $8.4 billion bought out ABP, its JV partner's 30% interest with 20 million shares outstanding for $2 per shares. MTB has AT LEAST 4 properties with commercial grade mineralization (Red Cliff, Siver Coin,Dunwell,BA), hopefully with a combined resources assets that is 4 times that of Red Chris or at $32 billion. Based on a rough estimate: MTB's outstanding shares is 158 million, fully diluted, about 8 times that of ABP but with 4 times the resources as Red Chris alone, so $2 times 4 divided by 8 equals $1 per share, a logical $158 million buyout price. Total buyout for JDN, DEC and MTB will total roughly 3 x $158 million =
.5 billion.
.5 billion for a $32 billion resources is a steal ! The NI43-101 resources estimate in Red Cliff and Siver Coin will be due out soon from Jayden and Decade.
