RD has an active mine in another jurisdication with gold pour coming in a month or so. Its Vetas asset is separate and is not in the swamp land per its press release. CB and Galway Gold are not in same boat. Those are facts. You know little about how to value companies and the market is much wiser than you. RD announced in numerous press releases they planned to get Vetas into a feasibility stage by infill drilling. That is pending. Nothing to do with swamp land the court decisions.
