Just out of curiosity, at what price and when did you buy in? I understand your frustration if you held for years and looking at the SP now.
I don't know him too well, aside from seeing that prior to becoming Martello's CEO, he worked as a VP at CGI from 2011-2017. I do like Terry Matthews' interests and involvement in the company though. He's a reputable, seasoned business man, and knows what it takes to successfully run and grow companies. Without him there, this stock would not be on my radar. If the CEO was that bad and they saw nothing in him, he would be gone by now. They must see something valuable in the guy for not only hiring him for the job, but also keeping him in that position.
Then you have Bruce, who is extremely competitive, intense and results-driven. The guy has a lot of pride. Having promoted and associated himself with the company publicly, I'm sure that he wants it to succeed. If the CEO still does not deliver, especially in the current favourable growth context, I trust that he won't be around for much longer.
