I told you

If you go back and read my posts from a year you will see this is exactly where I knew the company was going to be. Incompetent CEO/CTO/product management without an innovative bone in any of their bodies. All they have done was buy a company because they were too lazy to add functionality to an existing solution. Nobody needs to know if excel will load 30s slower. The teams "monitoring" isn't true call monitoring because they don't sit in the call path. So instead they send synthetic transactions to understand overal network health which is not real user monitoring.

if a company needs to sell you on the validity of a market "dem" before the product, you should know it's marketing bs. This is a network monitoring company, because they monitor voice quality on Mitel they think they can carve out a "digital experience" monitoring category to avoid being compared to zabix, solarwinds, nectar, thousand eyes, nagious, prtg, connectwise etc etc... the digital experience is dependant on the network and the wide area network which is dependant on services.  Who the f do they think they are to say sla's are no longer relevant...
the fact that they told you that there solutions are demanded more during the pandemic is a pure lie. Now that they have "a work from home solution" guess what the end user still has to download something on the network like an agent because the corporation doesn't control the users network.

I could go on and on...I can tell you so much more but people don't really to know on this board.

So, if I take a high-level look at this, would it be correct that in his fireside chat with Proctor, Matthews has a good vision of where things are headed and what the growing needs are, but does not have a strong insight into how MTLO's products fit into those needs, what is actually needed and the detailed competitive landscape that seems to cater to the needs much more strongly than GSX, as ...more

Why do we not have any insight into why that account was cancelled. Also, another reason Proctor should go, clearly is not concerned about retention. Horrible company

Because nobody asked. The analyst mentioned it and then almost glossed over it through a statement that it is seasonally in this quarter that you get renewals and cancellations. Obviously GSX had more setbacks that successes during the quarter, and I would say we are waaaay too early in the merger to start experiencing those. It also raises a question about the participation in the MSFT managed ...more

when a large customer doesn't renew their subscription and no reason is given by MTLO... That leads me to believe this large customer (who probably has expendable cash) see absolutely no value in MTLOs product. That being said ... Wtf are MTLOs products nowadays? They've made so many divestments and changes does anybody even know what their products are anymore? What does IQ even do ...more

This company was not ready to go public, and does not deserve to be public now. They have no clue what they are doing. So annoyed that I invested in this trash heap... nobody to blame but myself though

Yes, you won't be seeing a customer giving up on something they need or something that is going via the trajectory of must-have for the future, unless the customer is on life-support and is cutting costs across the company. But if a customer is on life-support, then I am having a hard time understanding how they became a customer in the first place considering all this stuff is supposedly new. ...more
