No surprise that things are not great, confirmed by how far down one had to go to recognize that the revenues for its flagship product were about $600k for the quarter, up some 140% from the previous quarter.  Impressive percentage, when the base is not paltry. From TM's and JC's comments I read a lot of recognition that the company has not done well and is trying to revitalize

If he wants to buy us out fine, but not at .15 or .20 cents. Most of us shareholders have a breakeven much higher. In my opinion taking this company private is of no advantage for TM. So he gets a private company that could struggle generating revenues for quite some time.  Or in my opinion, he would be much better off getting this thing turned around and creating some value. I had invested even as high as 40 cents if I remember correctly. The former co-chair that had a hit with MJ convinced me that he had a good handle on things and spoke well during the interview that I saw. I counted on his success even recognizing that prior to that MJ success, his track record was not one of great accomplishments for shareholders of publicly traded companies.  And that one
