Interesting bitI found it interesting that they canceled a $6.0 mil line of credit facility. One thing you want when you burn cash is access to easy financing. I hope they have done this knowing that with the "strategic review" completed in time they will not need it.
My guess for the delay was the departure of David Scott, maybe his signature was needed and he did not leave on good terms ?
