In Marc 2005, Mitec acquired assets from Broadband Wireless. In the
Press Release dated January 31, 2007, Mitec announced that these assets were sold and a strategic alliance was signed with Broadbank Wireless LLC. This sale is part of the continuing consolidation effort to reduce operating costs and return the Company to profitability.
I did not see anywhere in thet release that these assets were sold. How much they sold them for... 1$?
I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but they must be clear when communicating any NRs.
