COV. just did a pp for .052 cents Mandel bought 300,000 shares. I am wondering if MTM kicked in more money for part of the PP. Our .30 cent investment in COV. was just priced at .052 Cents.

This PP as far as I can find out was not pre announced !

funny how Mandel sells off 1.5M shares of Mitec back in May (closely before they announce Optiway merger is a no go), then  buys COV for Mitec shareholders at .30 cents(cause it's undervalued he claimed), which are now worth 6 cents...then instead of investing in Mitec, he buys Cov at 5 cents.....guess he has lots of faith in Mitec's business......guess COV is better valued now ...more
