A No Brainer!
Not much details on the transaction, but what I do know is that everything "CLOUD" is the future in computing. That is why Microsoft is spending a ton of R&D on this top priority platform. I may have considered selling into this strength, BUT three key elements completely changed my mind, the technology, the person who brought it in and the fact that he's now on the board. I'm now long and with this tight market cap, much of the downside risk for me has been removed.

That is why I am in and chased the stock on the 8th of October. Chasing stock is not my habit I have been burt in the past. To do it I have to be pretty confident. Do your own DD first.
