Metalex Ventures Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. Its projects include Wemindji James Bay Property, Kyle Lake Property, Viljoenshof Diamond Project and James Bay Lowlands Property. It has a 100% earned interest in mineral claims located in the Kyle Lake area of Ontario, located approximately 200 kilometers (km) west of James Bay in Northern Ontario and about 80 km west of De Beers’ Victor Mine. It also has an interest in various mineral claims located in the Wemindji James Bay region of Quebec, Canada. It has an interest in certain claims located in the James Bay lowlands area of Northeastern Ontario, which covers approximately 36 square kilometers (8,944 acres) of ground. It has a 70 % interest in the Viljoenshof Diamond Project in South Africa.

There is no roll back. they have plenty of cash for a drill program... Which we will find out at the AGM and hopefully the results...

Thanks...I presume they are the run-of-the-mill info. I am looking for any consideration for rollback, although anything up to 1 for 10 would not require shareholders resolution for approval, In Sept 2021, the Co said it's working cap is around $400,000 and will need to undertake a non-flow through private placement. Any private placement must be at min 5 cents as per TSX-V rules.
