MILLENMIN VENTURES INC. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Xu Qian has resigned as director and chairman of the board of MillenMin Ventures Inc., and Tianqi Sun as chief executive officer of MillenMin, effective Sept. 26, 2019. Mr. Sun has been appointed general manager of Milestone Value Management (Canada) Inc., effective Sept. 26, 2019. Milestone Value Management (Canada) is an Ontario corporation that is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of MillenMin and is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
With an anticipated change of business, MillenMin's board of directors is assessing the board composition and management in terms of experience and expertise. It is searching for a qualified individual to fill the board vacancy and is considering candidates for the chief executive officer position. Any board or management appointment will be made in accordance with applicable regulations.
MillenMin wishes to thank Mr. Qian for his contributions to MillenMin. Mr. Qian remains a director and chairman of MillenMin's control person, Beijing Properties (Holdings) Ltd.
The current board of directors of MillenMin consists of Kin Wai Siu, Lee Cham Wan, Ching Fu Cheng, Su-Jen Kuo, Shunyi Yao, Zhen Zhang Sullivan and Jenny So Ching Fung. Mr. Cheng remains the chief financial officer and secretary of MillenMin.
