You guys should voice your displeasure on their Twitter. Seems they're most active there. I have sent IR emails once every two to three weeks and so far have not received any responses.

The product is definitely the best in its class and were in the right space at the right time. Having said that, I feel you have a good point about management, but am still hopeful.
