Primary Symbol: MXI

The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:I still wonder..I expect today's volume indicates GRIT getting out.  They are under severe pressure to settle up some debt so getting out at .23 is a whole lot better than that failed deal at .17.

As far as the buyers go, anyone who is in an accumulation mode for IMG will improve their returns by buying MXI.  MXI is selling for a .005-.01 discount to IMG.  Since there is no deal risk here, an IMG investor with the intention of buying and holding for at least a couple of months or longer will goose their returns by 3-5% by buying MXI in the arbitrage.
