Primary Symbol: MXI

The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

The number of options for MXI are too numerous to mention. I do think they have more leverage to the Karita deposit than you imagine. To take out MXI they'll need to offer a reasonable value to Karita otherwise MXI can sell them the other deposits and keep Karita for future development with the cash from the sale. Another possible option would be for another company (Rand perhaps ??) to do a large private placement at .20+ to allow development of Karita and tie up MXI from an IMG takeover. I like this second option best, as it would likely result in a bidding war between the two for ultimate control. :)
