Primary Symbol: MXI

The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

It would be interesting to know who's selling such a large block. Realistically, MXI hasn't performed much worse that the overall market. It's quite possible that a shareholder might be getting a bit nervous about the market in general and looking at a possibility of a margin call. Also, a substantial number of shares are coming free trading Monday Sept.14th, but in theory with a three day settlement could be sold as early as the 10th. I think we might se a nice little buying opportunity late next week...:)
