RE:IMG shares for MXI?

RE:IMG shares for MXI?Netgenx... I think you're right that we could now possibly see an offer soon by IamGold with IMG shares so high. And someone posted a few days ago that the 43-101 was ready December 31 and IamGold must have wanted it held up until now, right before an offer, to wait for IMG shares to get higher. This is all just speculation though. But even if no offer, the higher gold price should naturally increase the MXI share price. I'm not a buyout expert. SO my question is, that if we got a paper buyout offer right now from IamGold. When would our MXI shares actually convert to IMG shares? If it took 30 days for paperwork and filings and board of director approval, would we then receive IMG shares in equivalent dollar value at the IMG share price 30 days from now? I hope it would work that way, because that means more time for the IMG share price to pull back from this large rally and actually convert from MXI to IMG shares at a happy in-between.
