The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:RE:News ReleaseUnfortunately moves in Gold are not rectifying. Example. Since the recent 3 week rally in Gold from Early October. IMG is up 26% as of Friday's Close. MXI is up ZERO Percent. Gold can probably go up to $1,500 and we'll still stay around $.20. All hope is on an eventual buyout at this point... or we're Bag Holders for many more years. I'm not selling this low come hell or high water. The good news is that if we were to be bag holders many more years, our buyout value would be much higher by then.
