RE:RE:MXL will never hold a producing mine

i think MXL is very speculative at the moment. the SP is going forward with more oil on the fire of hopes and possible higher metal prices. 
I can not just see that Willa can be efficient to truck 500 T of ores every day to the mill over 130 kms each way. 
Well, to start up a mine is very expensive and they will need more work then signing some new agreements.
MXL needs truck, employees,  etc. and more infrasturcture for the mines. 
I hope they are not just talking about it, rather delivering their promise not to make investors disappointed. 

I could see high risks in MXL. It may go up as more and more people begins trusting in the story...

KTN92 had a similar story but they ve done it all on time. Their share price is very undervalued even if they already are a producer.
