RE: SRT10

RE: SRT10"No wonder the players at the table are wondering if you're drunk or just stupid."

considering I'm not drunk, the answer is I MUST BE STUPID for holding these shares with so much going through the roof.  Since I'm not alone with this thought you must be thinking your a freaking genius for holding shares of a company that can't deliver a profit on the biggest oil find on land in Trinidad (not to mention it is a leading company, LOL , what the puck are they leading in anyway, I too stupid to figure that out. expired warrants maybe, lost W.I. arrangements , profits , what the heck are they leading in ?????????????

My guess would be as stated in the reports maybe it's payments to companies owned by directors, they could be leading in that or is it abandoned properties????????

During the period ended September 30, 2009, the Company paid or accrued:

i) $99,000 (2008 - $90,000) in management fees to a corporation in which a director and officer of the Company is a

shareholder.

ii) $66,855 (2008 - $65,867) in professional fees to a firm in which an officer of the Company is a partner.

iii) $4,000 (2008 - $NIL) in consulting fees to a corporation owned by an officer of the Company.

Included in accounts payable is $107,545 (December 31, 2008 - $41,525) due to a firm in which an officer of the

Company is a partner.

Maybe it's just an accounting thing, but I'm to stoooopid to know I guess.
