Maxim Resources, Global Resources share exchange

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a subscription agreement dated Nov. 13, 2013, and an amending agreement dated Feb. 27, 2014, pursuant to which Maxim Resources Inc. will acquire 380,256 shares at a deemed price of one British pound per share in Global Resources Investment Trust PLC (GRIT), an investment trust registered in England and Wales listed on the London Stock Exchange's main market, in exchange for 5.5 million common shares of the company at a price of 12.5 Canadian cents per share.
